MANCHESTER UNITED fans have urged Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to “sell Luke Shaw on Gumtree” after Brandon Williams’ superb performance against Partizan Belgrade.
Red Devils supporters were left gushing with praise for the 19-year-old left-back after his superb display in Serbia.
He played the full 90 minutes as United ran out 1-0 winners, thanks to a penalty from Anthony Martial, won by Williams.
And fans couldn’t contain their excitement, urging Solskaer to get rid of Shaw to make room for the teenage talent.
One wrote: “Utd might aswell put Luke Shaw on gumtree tonight, cos im more than happy to stick with Brandon Williams at LB.
“Strong runs. Attacks space. Right footed LB. Technical ability. New school Denis Irwin.”
Another said: “Fair play Brandon Williams was quality tonight.”
A third added: “I have tweeted this before and am doing it again Ole Gunnar Solskjaer should put Brandon Williams ahead of Ashley Young in the team, the kid is a complete baller.”
