MANCHESTER UNITED have been trolled on Twitter after releasing the “Seat of Dreams” sofa at Old Trafford.

The club have added a four-person couch to the stands which will be randomly awarded as a free upgrade for lucky fans.

Man Utd fans were left furious after the ‘Seat of Dreams’ plans were unveiled

But Man Utd supporters have reacted with disgust, suggesting there are far more pressing things to be dealing with than stadium seating.

United are in the midst of their worst start to a season in 30 years, with the style of play and quality of players a real worry.

Some supporters have expressed concerns over the suitability of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and even the lack of a director of football.

One wrote: “United fans: we want a proper manager, a better coaching staff to improve the players, a dof [director of football].

“Or if you’re sat next to a Saudi crown prince that’s just bought the club. #GlazersOut”

A third added: “‘Seat of dreams’ at the ‘Theatre of Dreams’ for Thursday night football ‘the stuff of dreams’…”
