We’re nearing the end of October, which means we’re edging steadily closer to the tricky festive period of the Premier League and fantasy football season.

But how many of you are heading towards November with a transfer or two still remaining?

If youre looking to make some changes before the month is out, then heres who to pick.

Premier League fantasy football tips: 5 players to use your last October transfer on

1 Djibril Sidibe (2.1m)

A fair few of you already have Lucas Digne in your team, but can we interest you in his Everton and France teammate Sidibe, too?

While Seamus Coleman is widely considered the club’s first-choice right-back, a handful of poor performances – as well as two foolish red cards for club and country recently – might mean the Monaco loanee could be in contention for their clash with Brighton this weekend and beyond.

He certainly impressed last time out in the win over West Ham.

2 Jack Grealish (3.1m)

Grealish has been in superb form this season and seems to be getting better every week.

Last weekend, he was by and large the best player on the pitch as Aston Villa came from behind to beat Brighton 2-1, with Grealish netting the equaliser before assisting Matt Targetts winner.

That performance alone was good enough for 15 points on Dream Team, while his total of 55 points puts him in the top 10 best players on the game at the moment.

3 Callum Hudson-Odoi (2.8m)

Having returned from injury last month, CHO has picked up where he left off towards the back end of last season with some eye-catching displays.

A goal on his return against Grimsby were followed by assists against Brighton, Lille, Southampton and Newcastle, as well as two goals for the England Under-21s.

The scary thing is, he’s only just getting started.

4 Anthony Martial (3.3m)

Martial’s return to action against Liverpool came at exactly the right time for Man United.

The Frenchman had been sidelined since August with a muscle injury and was desperately missed as the club suffered a horrendous run of form in September and October.

But after coming off the bench in the 1-1 at Old Trafford on Sunday, it seems he’s fit and ready to pick up where he left off last time – when he netted two goals in the club’s first two matches of the season.

5 Danny Ings (2.4m)

This season’s been all about Teemu Pukki and Tammy Abraham so far, but what about the other bargain striker who’s making waves on fantasy football?

Ings has been superb so far, bagging 57 points and four goals to put him up there with some of the best players on Dream Team.

If he can remain fit, then there’s not many better bargain forwards around at the moment.
