Stunned Cristiano Ronaldo shouted what the f***? at Juventus boss Sarri after being hauled off against AC Milan

STUNNED Cristiano Ronaldo shouted “what the f***?” at Juventus boss Maurizio Sarri when he hauled him off against AC Milan.

The five-time Ballon d’Or winner was outraged at being subbed for the second time in a week by the former Chelsea manager.

Stunned Ronaldo barked ‘what the f***?’ at Sarri when he subbed him off

Ronaldo, 34, stormed down the tunnel after being taken off in the 55th minute and reportedly left the Allianz Stadium before the end of Sunday’s Serie A match – which meant he risked a two-year ban.

The Portuguese star was originally thought to have told Sarri to “go away” when he marched past the Italian.

And other reports said the ex-Real Madrid superstar called the 60-year-old a “son of a whore”.

But now Tuttosport claim he actually barked “what the f***?” in Sarri’s direction.

Ronaldo jetted off to Portugal straight after the match and it has been reported that his team-mates have demanded an apology from him after he stormed off.

Former Manchester United star Ronaldo was shown rubbing his knee during the Italian top-flight game.

Sarri – who denies a rift with Ronaldo – came out afterwards and said his “annoyed” star man was suffering from an injury.

He said: “We must thank Ronaldo, because he made a sacrifice to be there at all tonight in a difficult situation.

“He did everything possible to play, but I saw he was not well and thought it best to take him off.

“It’s only natural a player is going to be irritated to leave the pitch, especially when he worked so hard to be there.

“Over the last month, he has had this little knee problem, he had a knock in training and it hurt the collateral ligament.

“When he trains at high intensity or plays, it unbalances him, so he ends up overcompensating and it damages the calf and thigh muscles.

“It is affecting his performances and he is not at his best at the moment.”

But Ronaldo is said to be moving freely in training with Portugal ahead of their Euro 2020 qualifiers against Lithuania and Luxembourg.

A Bola claimed Ronaldo “worked without limitations” and team-mate Goncalo Pacienca said: “Is he ready? I do not have a degree in medicine but he looked well.”
