ose Mourinho bizarrely asked to sign Spurs shirts by plastic West Ham fans for first game back

JOSE MOURINHO is back in the Premier League – and even rival fans are excited about it.

The Portuguese manager, 56, replaced Mauricio Pochettino this week after the Argentine was sacked by Tottenham.

Jose Mourinho was signing autographs for West Ham fans

And in his first game in charge with Spurs, Mourinho was signing West Ham AND Tottenham shirts for home supporters at the London Stadium.

Hammers fans were blasted online as “plastic” despite securing a timeless piece of Prem memorabilia.

Twitter user @BristolMDF shared a picture of Mourinho signing West Ham jerseys, and said: “West Ham fans holding out Spurs shirts for Mourinho to sign, f***ing hell what am I seeing. #plastics.”

Another said: “no excuse for this, surely a banning offence ?”

One added: “Disgusting. And I’m a (Spurs) fan!! Bet they’re wearing half & half scarves!?”

But some accused Mourinho of tactical warfare by smiling in the faces of Hammers fans while planning to condemn them to a sixth league loss.

One said: “Jose Mourinho will smile and laugh with West Ham fans, sign autographs for them and still beat their team in their own home.

“Mind games Legend!”

Another said: “It’s gonna take a while to get used to seeing Mourinho on the touchline.

“Seeing him shush the West Ham fans after a last minute winner would be pretty much the perfect way for him to bed in.”
