HARRY KANE appears to be going to extreme lengths to keep his cool ahead of Tottenhams clash with Chelsea.

The striker, 26, and his team-mates are certainly in the festive spirit after a stunning revival under Jose Mourinho.

And they know a fifth win out of six Premier League matches on Sunday would propel them above their London rivals and into the top four.

However, tension seems to be the last thing Kane was feeling in the build-up to the Christmas cracker as he enjoyed a quick real-life Winter Wonderland getaway.

And he could not wait to share footage with his 9m Instagram followers while enjoying a break to Santas hometown in Lapland.

The England captain, who earlier in the week had visited children in hospital to help spread some festive cheer, appeared to be having a real bauble of a time while in northern Finland.

Despite the -7 temperatures, Kane was videoed dressed in just shorts diving face first into a huge snow drift while on his trip.

But fear not Spurs supporters, the hotshot soon darted back into the warmth of his hot tube, as he readies himself for action at the weekend.

Kane captioned the clip with New recovery technique as he revealed Rovaniemi in Finland as his location.

The city is the capital of Lapland, and as well as being ideal for viewing the Northern Lights, it is also recognised as being the official hometown of Santa Claus.

Meanwhile, Kane has already labelled Sundays battle with the Blues as the big one.

Speaking after Spurs 2-1 win at Wolves on Sunday, he said: Absolutely. Next is the big one.

If we can win that and push into the top four, then we have fixtures over the Christmas period that we feel like we can definitely win. But I dont want to say anything now and lose at the weekend!

Even beforeChelsealost 1-0 to Bournemouth on Saturday, we said its two important games.

“Wolves were one point ahead of us. These two games were very important for momentum, going into that Christmas period.

We knew how much it meant at Wolves, with Chelsea losing on Saturday it meant even more.

“At the moment were in a good spot just one loss in five in the Premier League but weve got to try to win next week and push into the top four and go on from there.
