And despite the overwhelming skill disparity between the two, Mayweather has left no stone unturned in training.

The retired multimillionaire looks in phenomenal shape even at 44 and four years after officially hanging up his gloves.

Mayweather really had fans talking after uploading a sparring image which showed his gloves, vest and head guard covered in blood.

But some were not so convinced by a drop of blood on his arm, and even accused the American of editing it on there.

One said: “Floyd that blood on your arm looks like it was edited on there.”

Another said: “Photoshop man.”

One added: “Dude had fake blood edited on his arm.”

Another commented: “Thanks photoshop for real.”

Despite putting the hours into the gym, Mayweather recently admitted he has no game plan against Paul, and will close the show as and when he pleases.

He told Bartstool Sports: “No strategy, I just have to show up.

“If I want it to go one round, it’ll go one round. If I want it to go two, [it’ll go] two. It’s all up to me.”
