Jake Paul ‘agrees’ fight with UFC welterweight king Tyron Woodley as YouTube star continues boxing career

JAKE PAUL has agreed a boxing fight with UFC star Tyron Woodley, according to reports.

The YouTuber, 24, holds a 3-0 professional record in the early days of his sporting career.

And according to The Athletic, he has already arranged his next bout.

The report states Paul and former UFC welterweight king Woodley will step into the ring.

It adds the Problem Child recently signed a multi-fight deal with Showtime.

And they plan to use Friday’s face-off in Miami between Jake’s older brother Logan and Floyd Mayweather to promote the latest contest.

Woodley called out Paul in April – but insisted he wanted any fight to be under MMA regulations.

He said: “You had a lot to say in the locker room, let’s fight.

“I wanna hear what [Jake Paul] gotta say about it. You wanna fight me? He could fight me.

“I’ll fight his friend in MMA, because I wanna elbow his ass. I don’t want no little boxing, the poofy gloves.

How Jake Paul stacks up in comparison to Tyron Woodley

“I wanna elbow, I wanna f***ing hit his face. I wanna almost break his arm and just let him out.

“So if his boy wants to fight me, he’s gonna have to come and see me in the cage.”

Paul started his boxing venture with an early TKO of YouTuber AnEsonGib then took out ex-NBA star Nate Robinson.

In his recent fight with Ben Askren in April, the retired MMA man was KO’d within two minutes of the first round.

But Woodley should provide a sterner test for Paul.

The 39-year-old American claimed the UFC welterweight belt at UFC 201 then defended it four times.

He beat Darren Till in September 2018 but lost his latest contest to Vicente Luque in March.

That defeat ensured he has four losses in a row, including to Kamaru Usman – when he relinquished the belt – and Colby Covington.
