Chelsea contract rebel Willian wanted by Juventus in yet ANOTHER free transfer this summer

JUVENTUS have reportedly set their sights on signing Chelsea star Willian on a free transfer this summer.

The Brazilian has attracted a wide range of interest as his contract at Stamford Bridge is set to expire at the end of the season.

Willian has made 24 appearances in the Premier League this season

According to the Express, the Italian giants are the latest club to join the race for the 31-year-old’s signature.

Chelsea have reportedly offered Willian a one-year extension in a desperate bid to fend off interest from other clubs.

But the former Shakhtar Donetsk star is said to want a two-year deal and an increase on his 110,000-a-week wages.

If he does not sign on the dotted line before the end of the season, Willian will be available on a free agent.

Juventus have managed to secure a number of high-profile free signings over the years including Aaron Ramsey from Arsenal last year.

The Italian side have also signed the likes of Emre Can, Dani Alves, Gianluigi Buffon and Sami Khedira on free deals.

But Maurizio Sarri’s side will not be alone in their pursuit for the Chelsea star.

Barcelona are said to be close to agreeing a deal to sign the Brazilian in the summer transfer window.

Tottenham are also in the running as Jose Mourinho looks to reunite with his former player in North London.

Spurs came close to signing him in 2013, but he snubbed their attempt in order to complete his switch to Chelsea.
