How Arsenal could line-up next season with fears BOTH Aubameyang and Lacazette will leave and a huge defensive overhaul

ARSENAL are at risk of losing Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette in the summer.

The attacking duo have scored 25 goals between them this season – but it could be their last in North London.

Aubameyang has been a huge hit for the Gunners since he made the move to the Premier League from Dortmund in 2018.

He has attracted a wide range of interest from Europe’s biggest clubs as he will have just a year left to run on his contract at the end of the season.

With Arsenal reluctant to lose him on a free transfer, the club may be forced to cash in on the Gabon international in the summer.

Italian giants Inter Milan have set their sights on landing Aubameyang if they lose Lautaro Martinez.

The Gunners are also braced for a 50million approach from Barcelona for their top scorer – who has 17 goals this season.

Lacazette, who has been with the Gunners since his move from Lyon in 2017, has also been tipped to continue his career elsewhere next season.

He has scored just six goals in 19 appearances for Arteta’s side in the Premier League this term.

But the France international has emerged as a target for La Liga side Atletico Madrid.

SunSport exclusively revealed earlier this month that Arteta could kickstart his Emirates revolution by getting rid of Aubameyang, Lacazette and Mesut Ozil.

The Gunners could turn their attention to Real Madrid striker Luka Jovic after being heavily linked to him in January.

And they have also shown interest in Lyon striker Moussa Dembele – but will face fierce competition from Manchester United.

Arteta will also be looking to strengthen his error-prone defence during the summer transfer window.

The North London giants are reportedly set to cut their losses on Kieran Tierney and flog him to Leicester for 25million.

And Arsenal fear losing talented youngster Bukayo Saka if they fail to qualify for Europe this season.

Arteta’s side are among the clubs linked to wantaway RB Leipzig defender Dayot Upamecano.

He could start in the heart of the defence alongside Jonathan Tah from Bayer Leverkusen.
