SADIO MANE was blasted for getting away with an ‘embarrassing’ dive in the Africa Cup of Nations final – which could have seen him sent off.
The Liverpool forward was already on a yellow when he threw himself to the floor in the first-half of extra time.
Mane skipped past Egypt centre-back Mohamed Abdelmonem but without contact hit the deck.
And fans online slammed the forward for not receiving a second booking for simulation.
One said: “Another embarrassing dive from Mane..”
Another said: “Mane should have been sent off there, terrible dive!”
One added: “Why dive when you’re on a yellow card? Lucky not to get sent off Mane.”
Another added: “Mane should be sent off. What a disgrace. A player of his ability shouldn’t be diving in a final like this.”

It was a rollercoaster match for Mane, having MISSED from the spot in normal time thanks to the help of Liverpool team-mate Mo Salah.
Salah whispered instructions to man-of-the-match Gabaski while Mane prepared to take — and the Egyptian keeper saved his powerful effort down the middle.
But it was Mane who had the last laugh when he blasted his second spot-kick to Gabaski’s right to seal the deal at the death, after Chelsea keeper Edouard Mendy saved Mohanad Lasheen’s kick to set the stage.
Salah was due to go next, and was in tears as his Anfield pal landed the decisive blow.
