FLOYD MAYWEATHER claimed he took NO days off ahead of his comeback fight against Don Moore.

The boxing legend will return to the ring on Saturday in an extraordinary exhibition held on a hotel HELIPAD in Dubai.

Floyd Mayweather claimed he took NO days off ahead of his comeback

Mayweather has not boxed professionally since 2017 but has had two bouts in similar spectacles since officially retiring.

But the unbeaten 50-0 American has no fear for ring rust, having continued to put in the work even at the age of 45.

Mayweather said: “It was business as usual. It always feels good to be in the ring and around familiar faces in the boxing gym.

“I’ve spent so much of my life in the gym, so I always feel comfortable getting back into it.

Mayweather walked away from traditional boxing in 2017 after beating UFC superstar Conor McGregor, 33.

But exhibitions against kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa, 23, and YouTuber Logan Paul, 27, have kept him in the ring.

Although his latest boxing cameo, which commences 700ft above sea level against ex-sparring partner Moore, might be his most sensational.

Mayweather said: “I love displaying my talents for the whole world and doing something new that interests me.

“Boxing is entertainment, and that’s what I’m all about.

“I worked hard to accomplish more than anyone during my career, and now I’m going to enjoy the fruits of my labour, while still giving fans something exciting to watch.

“I promise you’ve never seen a boxing event like this. I’m going to continue to break barriers on May 14.
