GABRIEL JESUS hugged Edu as he arrived at Arsenal to undergo his medical before completing a £45million transfer from Manchester City.

The Brazilian has agreed personal terms to join Mikel Arteta’s side, with the move set to go through imminently.

Jesus, 25, decided to quit City for regular first team football at the Emirates.

He will pen a five-year contract with the Gunners, with his medical the final formality.

Jesus beamed ear to ear as he embraced his compatriot Edu upon arrival.

He becomes Arsenal’s fourth signing of the summer, following Marquinhos, Fabio Vieira and Matt Turner.
