HARRY KANE has been ruled out of Tottenham’s trip to Everton this afternoon through illness.
The England striker scored on Merseyside at Liverpool last weekend but is unavailable to Mauricio Pochettino for the 4:30pm kick off today.
There is also concern Kane could miss Wednesday’s Champions League trip to Red Star Belgrade.
Lucas Moura is expected to take Kane’s place in the team and either him or Son Heung-Min will likely play through the middle.
Despite the blow to the North Londoners, in more positive news, Ryan Sessegnon is part of the squad for the first time since he signed from Fulham in the summer.
