THYME HILL confirmed his promise as a superstar after winning the ‘Race of the Season’ at Newbury.
The Philip Hobbs-trained horse saw off the legendary Paisley Park to land the spoils in the Ladbrokes Long Distance Hurdle.
Thyme Hill was running just his eighth race but looked composed and classy throughout under a superb ride from Richard Johnson.
