Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury’s incredible body transformations since pair last fought ahead of £500m-plus clash

ANTHONY JOSHUA showed off his powerful and toned physique in a latest training clip – and Tyson Fury is sweating it out ahead of their undisputed clash.

The two Brits have signed a £500million two-fight deal to put their titles on the line this year.

AJ’s promoter Eddie Hearn says the first fight will be ‘in June or July‘ and is closing in on a date and venue for this.

In the mean time both boxers are keeping themselves in tip-top shape ahead of one of the most mouthwatering clashes of all time.

Fury has not fought since he battered Deontay Wilder into a seventh-round stoppage to win the WBC heavyweight title.

That memorable night in February 2020 Fury weighed in at 19st 7lbs – the third heaviest of his career.

He insisted it was so he had the power to KO Wilder – and he wasn’t wrong.

While the Gypsy King will aim to stick around that weight, he has continued to try and keep himself in shape, regularly sharing gut-busting runs and gym sessions on his social media accounts.

He famously claimed he was drinking ‘between eight, ten, 12 pints of lager a day’ earlier this month – but whether this is true is up for debate.

Fury is certainly a LONG way from the dark days when he ballooned up to 28st as he battled depression in the aftermath of his famous 2015 victory against Wladimir Klitschko.

Fury’s weight-loss journey has been nothing short of sensational

Joshua is rarely seen out of shape – but he has sported different physiques in the last couple of years.

For the Andy Ruiz Jr rematch in December 2019, a slimmed down AJ got his revenge with a speedy in-out unanimous points win.

He was also trim in his last fight in November last year when he proved far too good for Bulgarian veteran Kubrat Pulev.

But in a recent social media snap, AJ looked back to being bulkier and more muscular as he prepares to face 6ft 9in, 19st Fury.

Sharing a photo of his toned physique with veins popping out, AJ captioned the snap: “My inspiration is my determination.”

Fans and fellow pros were quick to laud the Watford-born fighter’s physique in the comments section, including ex-footballer Jamie Redknapp.

The all-Brit clash is moving closer to being finalised, according to Matchroom boss Eddie Hearn.

Speaking to iFL TV, Hearn said: “A lot has been occurring, I’m actually on my world travels next week to try finalise a few deals around the world, to get things moving.

“[There has been] a lot of really positive conversations, I’ve had a good chat with Bob [Arum, Fury’s promoter], he’s working hard, we’re working hard, we are making a lot of progress.

“And now we are approachingh the period of ‘let’s try and close these site deals’ and that will be the number one priority for next week.”
