Amir Khan Retreats During Live Interview as Mike Tyson Approaches

Awkward Encounter

During a live interview in Saudi Arabia, Amir Khan found himself in an awkward situation when he had to step aside to make way for boxing legend Mike Tyson.

Tyson's Entrance

As Khan was speaking to TalkSPORT about the upcoming fight between Tyson Fury and Francis Ngannou, Tyson and his entourage made their way through the common area at the press conference. Khan politely moved out of the way to let Tyson pass.

Respecting Boxing Royalty

Explaining the reason for his retreat, Khan stated, "Hey listen, when Mike Tyson's walking through, you don't want to stand in front of Mike Tyson. He might punch you! When you've got Mike Tyson walking through, I'm like, 'Mate, let him go.' Because you don't wanna get hit by him. You don't wanna be in his way basically."

Tyson's Role

Tyson is in Riyadh as a mentor to Ngannou for their heavyweight clash. Despite not being his official trainer, Tyson has been working with Ngannou and has praised his power, stating, "He has what it takes to knock out anything and anybody."

A Tough Fight

Ngannou, who is making his boxing debut, faces a challenging opponent in Tyson Fury. Fury, who remains undefeated, has acknowledged Ngannou's dangerous capabilities and even compared him to Oleksandr Usyk, saying, "Francis is a bigger man, stronger, more powerful and has knockout capability."

Upcoming Showdown

The highly anticipated fight between Tyson Fury and Francis Ngannou will take place in Saudi Arabia on Saturday.
