“Thanks to @MKHarbour and his team. Hope you enjoyed your first crypto fight night @SBLHitHarder.”

Meanwhile, two-weight world champion and Olympic silver medallist Amir has not fought since July 2019.

The 34-year-old has been waiting for the right opponent as he enters the final stages of his career.

A clash with Kell Brook has been talked about for the best part of a decade, but promotional and financial issues have meant it has never taken place.

And Khan recently claimed Brook is using the catchweight of the fight as a stumbling block.

He said: “Kell said he would fight at 147lbs. I agreed. Now Kell wants 149lbs. Then he wants 149.5lbs.

“Is he even serious about wanting the fight?”
