ANTHONY JOSHUA and Dillian Whyte are on a nail-biting collision course this Saturday.

The DAZN show in Manchester, headlined by Derek Chisora vs Joseph Parker 2 – threatened to go under the radar.

AJ could well be in the audience
And rival Dillian Whyte could be there too

But the talent-packed audience could now make it box-office viewing as two of Britain’s best heavyweights pile in to support their pals.

AJ, 32, is expected to be in town to support long-time pal and sometimes sparring partner Chisora.

The 37-year-old fans’ favourite, nicknamed War, joined Joshua’s management company last year and tried to advise his protege for the Oleksandr Usyk fight in September.

And Whyte, the 33-year-old Brixton Body Snatcher finally made mandatory for a shot at Tyson Fury‘s WBC title, is manager of undercard heavyweight Alen Babic.

But the Watford legend got his revenge in 2015 with a brilliant KO win for the British title.

Streaming app DAZN would benefit massively from the two warring Londoners being in the VIP seats for their last show of 2021.

But Eddie Hearn’s Matchroom brand might have to bulk up security to cope with the clash of characters.

WBC king Fury, 33, is best pals and training partners with Kiwi Parker, after he boxed cousin Hughie in 2017.

The 6ft 9in genius is also responsible for linking the former WBO champ up with his cousin and trainer Andy Lee.
