AJ Reveals His Thoughts on The Gypsy King
Former heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua had TNT Sports presenter Laura Woods in stitches during a recent interview when asked about his thoughts on Tyson Fury. Known for his willingness to share his opinions on his British rival, Joshua didn't hold back in giving his latest thoughts on the WBC heavyweight king.
Unfiltered Views on Fury
When discussing his past comments about Fury, Joshua humorously pondered, "If I call people dossers for certain things and the same thing happens to me, what does that make me?" Woods playfully replied, "a dosser," causing both of them to burst into laughter. Joshua, 34, jokingly agreed, saying, "He's a dosser, ain't he?"
Resisting the Temptation to Attack
Despite occasionally considering tearing into his counterpart, Joshua has usually opted against launching vicious tirades against Fury. Instead, he described Fury in one word: "Diva."
The Fans' Dream Fight
While a fight between Joshua and Fury may still be far from reality, British boxing fans are eager to witness the two heavyweight champions go head-to-head. Joshua, who is preparing to face Otto Wallin in Saudi Arabia, believes he would be too quick, too strong, and too explosive for Fury to handle. He confidently stated, "I'm too quick, too strong, he can't lean on me, can't throw me about and I'm explosive. I can knock people out."
Joshua's full interview can be watched on TNT Sports 1 or the TNT Sports Boxing YouTube Channel. The highly anticipated "Day of Reckoning" fight, part of Riyadh season, will be available live on TNT Sports Box Office and DAZN.
