Anthony Joshua’s Unexpected Run-In with a Robot Vacuum Cleaner

British boxing champion Anthony Joshua found himself in a bizarre encounter with a robot vacuum cleaner just days before his highly-anticipated fight against Otto Wallin in Saudi Arabia.

Trading Insults with Jarrell Miller

Joshua, 34, was engaged in a war of words with former opponent Jarrell Miller in the public area of a Saudi hotel. The two fighters were exchanging insults ahead of their respective bouts on Saturday.

Robot Vacuum Interrupts Stand-Off

As tensions escalated, a 3ft tall robot vacuum cleaner unexpectedly started bumping into both Joshua and Miller. The interruption brought an end to their impromptu stand-off.

Joshua's Reaction

Describing the incident, Joshua said, "That was weird, wasn't it? How the f*** did that end up right there? It was bashing into my leg. I thought it was one of his little mates hitting me but I looked down and it was a robot. I was thinking 'what the f*** is that, I'm gonna knock that robot out!'"

Miller's Slot on Joshua's Undercard

Miller, who never apologized for his past actions, has secured a spot on Joshua's undercard against Daniel Dubois. Joshua expressed his focus on bigger and better things, stating, "He had his chance, but he went to the pharmacy and brought every drug going and messed up. Realistically he's not on my radar now because I am focusing on bigger and better things."

Joshua's Return Home

After his recent fights in the United States, Joshua is back home in the UK for his clash with Wallin. He expressed his appreciation for being back home and the respect he receives from the locals. "When I am away, they know I am really locked in. I also have a good team who help me filter things down, so it's much easier for me to just focus on my craft," Joshua said.
