BOXER ERICKSON LUBIN was taken to hospital with a broken nose and battered face after losing to Sebastian Fundora.
The light-middleweight contenders put on a thriller in Las Vegas which was all-action until the finish.

Lubin was down in round two after a perfect lead uppercut but also dropped 6ft 5in Fundora himself in the seventh.
But the rangy American would go on to take control of the bout pushing Lubin back with sustained pressure.
It left the ex-world title challenger bleeding profusely from the nose with both of his eyes swollen.
Trainer Kevin Cunningham stopped the bout before round ten to end the epic slugfest.

Fundora, 24, said: “I think it was a good decision for Kevin Cunningham to stop the fight.
“His face shifted from round one to round nine. It completely morphed and there was a lot of blood coming out.
“He’s a tough fighter. He was in the game the whole time but there’s no need to get hurt that much.”

Fundora threw a relentless 706 punches and landed 255, scoring with 36 per cent accuracy.
It saw Lubin, 26, taken to UMC trauma centre after the brutal bout where he was treated for a broken nose and a separated shoulder.
For Fundora, he called to fight the winner between Jermell Charlo and Brian Castano, who rematch in May following their draw last year.
