DANIEL DUBOIS claims his new training set-up led by Shane McGuigan is the real A-Team.
The heavyweight is rebuilding after his November loss to fellow Brit Joe Joyce – and has got McGuigan in charge of putting the perfect plan together.
With Dynamite Dubois, 23, set to be the explosive BA Baracus back throwing bombs against Romanian Bogdan Dinu on Saturday night, McGuigan needs to be the tactical mastermind of John ‘Hannibal’ Smith to guide his comeback.
Mr T fan Dubois reckons the mature head on the shoulder’s of Irish ring legend Barry’s son means only a crazy fool would write them off.
Ahead of the Telford International Centre show with 1,000 fans back ringside, he said: “It’s been very good to have Shane on board.
“He’s a world-class trainer, one of the best, just look at the world champions he’s had.
“He’s as good as any American trainer, he has more knowledge than most out there.
“What he says, I try to put into action.
“He’s not one of those old guys who thinks he knows it all, he’s got a modern approach.
“The heavyweight world title is the biggest prize in sport, in my opinion.

“I’m fully up for it and want to go for it – Shane is as well. We are the new A-Team and we are coming for them.”
Dubois axed original mentor Martin Bowers after the stoppage loss to Joyce.
And McGuigan – who has guided world champs like David Haye, George Groves, Josh Taylor and Lawrence Okolie – is happy with the company nickname.
McGuigan, 33, laughed and said: “Dan said we are the new A-Team? Well he looks the part with sunglasses on.
“If Dan can pick up a few extra things, you will see a huge improvement – and the fact he is only 23 is crazy.”
