David Haye, 42, shows off ripped body and ‘feels 30 again’ as throuple-loving ex-boxer enjoys hol with Sian Williams

DAVID HAYE claimed “I feel 30 again” as he showed off his ripped physique on holiday with Sian Osborne.

The former cruiserweight champion, 42, is enjoying life as part of a throuple alongside girlfriends Una Healy and Sian.

And he feels as good as he did in his boxing pomp.

Showing off his ripped torso while on holiday in Costa Rica, Haye said: “I’m 42-years-old. Under 10 per cent body fat, 98kg, constant energy from 5am till 9:30pm.”

He then added: “Feel like I am 30 again… All while consuming less than 50g of carbs a day!

“I’ll be assisting those who want to know more about the way I do things, just follow the link in my bio. Livin La Pura Vida.”

Haye posted the snap from Santa Teresa in Costa Rica.

He also posed for a picture alongside Pia Kim.

Haye went away with girlfriend Sian for her 31st birthday.

Marking the occasion alongside a series of snaps, he wrote: “What a beautiful 31st anniversary of the birth of my companion and co-conspirator, @sian.rosemarie.
