The bantamweight is 7-1 as a boxer

But it appears beforehand she was no stranger to the squared circle – having worked as a ring card girl.

The Aussie posted throwbacks snaps of her ring girl days and captioned ‘how it started’.

But she followed it up by revealing ‘how it’s going’ with highlights of her 7-1 professional boxing career.

Bridges, 34, only defeat came to London’s Shannon Courtenay, 28, in an April 2020 thriller for the WBA bantamweight belt.

She has since returned with two wins, against Bec Connolly, 37, and France’s Mailys Gangloff, 25.

Bridges, who taught maths at high school, is renowned for her raunchy weigh-in attire.

And she joked it forces Eddie Hearn to awkwardly look away – but said the promoter makes up for it in his attempts to secure her another title fight.

Bridges said on Instagram:  “My next fight is looking to be early next year in the UK. Fingers crossed locking in a world title fight.”

She added: “Eddie Hearn’s great, I mean, I don’t know, he’s hardly ever looking at me.

“He checks out the floor and the ceiling a lot. But, honestly, he’s working on getting me the title fight so big things for me next year.”

Proving an update on her fitness, Bridges said: “Eyes good, my hand is good, we’re ready to crack.”
