Eddie Hall vs Thor tale of the tape: Height, weight, ages and records compared as strongmen battle in HUGE boxing fight

EDDIE HALL and strongman rival Hafthor Bjornsson come to blows this weekend in a boxing battle of the giants.

After a lengthy war of words, the pair will face each other in the middle of the ring at the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Stadium in a six-round affair.

Here is how Eddie Hall and Hafthor Bjornsson compare ahead of their boxing bout

The two former World’s Strongest Man winners were initially scheduled to lock horns in September following a brutal war of words dating five years.

However, Hall suffered a detached bicep and the fight had to be postponed.

But now the stage is set for the heaviest fight in boxing history when the two rivals meet in the United Arab Emirates.

Hall has labelled his rival as a ‘c***’ as he vowed to knock out the Icelandic icon.

Here SunSport takes a look at how the two compare ahead of their boxing bout.

HEIGHT

Thor boasts a five inch height advantage over the Brit as he stands at 6ft 8in.

But Thor and Hall’s Strongman pals don’t think that matters too much as the majority backed The Beast to emerge victorious.

WEIGHT

Though SunSport have exclusively revealed how Hall believes his rival has lost too much weight.

Like Thor, Hall has also underwent a massive body transformation having dropped over 30kg.

AGE

Hall is the older fighter, though only by ten months with Thor to turn 34 in November.

REACH

Despite Hall five inches shorter, the duo incredibly boast the same reach at 80in.

RECORDS

Both men have won the World’s Strongest Man competition once.

Hall won it in 2017 before retiring following his success, with Thor winning the event the next year.

Thor is also a five-time Europe’s Strongest Man winner, while Hall is a five-time British and six-time UK Strongest Man champion.
