Both training teams instantly pounced on the individual before the fan was bashed with a stool to the head.

Security then removed him from the ring during the main event of the latest Showstar Boxing card.

The ring announcer took to the mic to plead for calm and warned that the fight would not be restarted until things calmed down.

The action did eventually resume before KSI‘s brother Deji suffered a third successive defeat as two of the judges sided with debutant Wassabi.

The pair have now agreed a rematch following the farcical scenes last night.

Wassabi said: “I did great, I didn’t know who was going to win at the end. I didn’t realise how tough it was going to be.

“These people love their people and they showed it; I didn’t hear my name once.

“Deji, I just wanted to compete and if it wasn’t for you that dream wouldn’t have come true.

“I want to get back in… I don’t know when the next YouTube event is.”

Deji said: “I guess I think too much when I box and I don’t punch enough. Alex did well, I can’t dispute that.”

He had previously promised to quit boxing if he tasted defeat against Wassabi.

But after the crowd gave him a resounding ‘Yes’ when he asked if he should pull on the gloves again, the pair are now set to clash another time.

Wassabi agreed to a rematch before Deji added:”If you guys want me to fight again, I’ll show you what I can do.”
