Floyd Mayweather, 45, eyes May comeback fight after Dubai exhibition talks with YouTuber Money Kicks collapse

FLOYD MAYWEATHER is eyeing a comeback fight in May – having seen talks with YouTuber “Money Kicks” collapse.

The boxing legend in December made the shock announcement that he would fight on the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah hotel HELIPAD.

It was later revealed 20-year-old YouTuber Money Kicks – real name Rashed Belhasa – was in line to be his opponent.

But negotiations later broke down as Mayweather’s coach Gerald Tucker revealed a return bout in May is now targeted.

Tucker told Boxing King Media: “I can’t say for certain, but I believe a new opponent end of May.”

Mayweather, 45, officially retired with a perfect 50-0 record in 2017 after beating UFC superstar Conor McGregor, 33.

But he has twice returned since, in exhibitions against kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa, 23, and YouTuber Logan Paul, 26.

Mayweather’s spectacle bout with Paul – who weighed TWO STONE more – ended without a winner after no knockout was scored.

As revealed by SunSport, the American icon is still contemplating boxing in an event in Dubai.

Coach Tucker refused to rule out Mayweather returning to the ring in a professional capacity, with his unblemished record on the line.

He said: “I’m a huge Floyd fan myself and I would love to see him in the boxing ring, risking his record again.

“Because so many people like me love his style, would love to see him get in the ring, see what he’s going to wear, see how he’s going to perform.

“I know I’m not the only one, so I hope he does. But there’s no telling.”
