Floyd Mayweather says he ‘can’t take Don Moore lightly’ and ex-sparring partner is ‘very smart’ ahead of Dubai dust-up

FLOYD MAYWEATHER insists he’s not taking his clash with former training partner Don Moore “lightly”.

The former five-weight world champion will lock horns with his ex-sparring partner in a lucrative exhibition bout atop the Buf Khalifa in Dubai on Saturday night.

But Money is refusing to take his old sparring partner lightly

Mayweather and Moore know one another intimately having shed blood, sweat and tears together inside the boxing legend’s gym.

And his first-hand knowledge of what Dangerous Don – who was trained by his late uncle Roger – brings to the table has Money wary of underestimating his old pal.

The 45-year-old said: “I’ve known Don for a long time and I know that he’s a very smart fighter who I can’t take lightly.

“I believe that he’s coming to prove something in this fight.
