After two knockdowns and six rounds, the man nicknamed Thor emerged with bragging rights over his former strongman rival.
Actor Ford, dubbed the “world’s scariest man”, was ringside to watch as his close friend Hall, 34, was beaten.
The 6ft 8in bodybuilder makes his boxing debut on April 30 against ‘Iranian Hulk’ and a win could set up a mega-fight with Thor.
Reign Total Body Fuel athlete Bjornsson, 33, told SunSport: “He has to fight first obviously and win the fight, which I think he will.
“I think we can definitely look into it. I haven’t looked into him too much, his ability to box and all of that.
“I think he’s been training boxing for probably a similar amount of time as me and Eddie, even though I don’t know.
“But it could definitely be an interesting fight, something that the fans will want to see 100 per cent.
“He is fan-friendly and it would be good to nice to beat Eddie’s friend as well.”

Ford, 39, himself has opened the door to fighting Bjornsson but would seek Hall’s permission first.
Thor took a trip to Denmark following his gigantic grudge match win – which brought an end to two years worth of brutal training.
But the 6ft 9in former world’s strongest man is eyeing a boxing return the summertime – and hopes it is just one of many.
Bjornsson said: “I feel great, I came out of it with no injuries, 100 per cent healthy, so I would want to fight within six months, to be honest with you.
“I want to be active, I would be happy to fight this summer, honestly. Because, let’s be honest here, I’m not getting any younger.

“I’m 33-years-old and if I want to have some kind of career in boxing then I have to stay super-active.
“I can’t just wait a year, take a fight, wait two years, take a fight, I have to stay super-active. Fighting every three months would be great for me.
“Then I could have proper training camps before each fight, I could improve my skills, my game plan, so if I could control it, I would like to fight before three months.”
