FLOYD MAYWEATHER claimed he was ‘gonna kill’ Jake Paul following their viral brawl.
Mayweather got into it with the YouTube star in May, a month before facing his older brother Logan in an exhibition bout.
Paul stole headlines – quite literally – after nicking the American legend’s hat which then sparked a mass brawl.
Mayweather landed a punch but was held back by security as he furiously chased after the renowned prankster.
Women’s champion Claressa Shields brought up the altercation while FaceTiming Mayweather after her on ringside war-of-words with Savannah Marshall.
Shileds, 26, said to Mayweather: “And you know about Michigan, because remember when you slapped Jake Paul?”
He quickly replied: “I was gonna kill him.”
Shields, referencing her recent spat with Marshall, 30, responded: “I know and I had the same thing in me.

“Like, hold on this b***h disrespecting me, get these motherf***ing belts off me, let me stand up real quick.”
Mayweather, 44, was later taken the distance by Logan, 26, over eight rounds and without scoring a knockout, no winner was officially declared.
Logan has since alleged he was not fully paid for the fight and refused a rematch in Dubai, instead offering it to his 25-year-old brother, who is 5-0 as a boxer.
He said on the Maverick Club: “They asked me if I wanted to fight Floyd Mayweather again, Jeff did – one of Floyd’s guys.
“I told him to f*** himself, first of all you have to pay me the rest of the money that you owe me.
“Second of all go f*** yourself, but what if I give it to Jake?”
