I was targeted by online trolls over beloved Tyson Fury tattoo – now I’m getting rid of it because of something he did

A TYSON FURY superfan has revealed she had her tattoo of the Gypsy King covered up with a giant skull because he was “rude” to her.

Mum-of-two Anna Sinclair, 34, was trolled mercilessly when she first had the portrait tattoo done, with people claiming it looked nothing like him, but she had the last laugh when the boxing champ gave it his seal of approval when they met back in January.

But she decided to get the piece covered up after he was too busy to chat when she met him a second time

Now Anna said she felt disappointed after she bumped into Fury a second time – claiming he brushed her off and was too busy to speak to her.

The next day she went to a tattoo studio and had the portrait covered up with a large black and grey skull.

“I removed Tyson tattoo removed because I felt he was rude to me,” Anna, who lives in Tenerife, told SE.

“He was in Tenerife last week because he had a gig here for fans. It was 250 euros per ticket entrance and me and my boyfriend were planning to go.

“The day before we parked the car and I heard someone say, ‘Tyson, Tyson.’

“I came out from the car and he was just there, literally walking towards me, pushing a pram while on the phone.

“I just greeted him and said, ‘Hi welcome back to Tenerife’, he looked at me angrily and said, ‘Don’t you see I am on my phone?’

“I felt a bit bad but then I saw his wife Paris coming from the back and she remembered me from the first time I met them a few months ago.

“She said ‘Hi Anna’. Oh she is an angel. We gave each other a kiss and a hug.

“I told her immediately, ‘Sorry we won’t be coming for the event’.

“I just felt a bit disappointed.. because I think he doesn’t really know how to speak to his fans. Only at those expensive shows where he gets paid to perform.

“So I went and covered him up with a skull.”

Anna originally got the tattoo on her arm last year to pay homage to the heavyweight champ – after saying he was her “idol” and even inspired her to quit booze.

But she was bombarded with mean comments when she posted it on a Tyson Fury fan page on Facebook with people saying the inking looks nothing like the Gypsy King and she should have it removed.

Anna managed to shut the haters up after she met Fury while he was on holiday with wife Paris and their kids at an all-inclusive resort in Tenerife, and they both loved the tattoo.

The boxer even posed for a picture with Anna while she showed off the tattoo.

Anna says although the cover-up was “very painful” she has no regrets over the tattoo and said feels “stronger” after having him inked on her arm for the past year.

“He lasted one year. I think he gave me a lot of inspiration … but like everything, it doesn’t last forever I guess,” Anna said.

“I definitely feel stronger after having his tattoo for a year and I don’t regret any of it but he should work on his social skills.

“It was painful but it felt like the right thing to do.”
