Jake Paul and Tyron Woodley fight purses revealed after YouTube sensation scores brutal one-punch KO win

JAKE PAUL and Tyron Woodley both earned millions of pounds for their two lucrative boxing matches.

The Problem Child settled their rivalry once and for all with a stunning sixth round knockout in Tampa, Florida on Saturday night.

Jake Paul brutally knocked out Tyron Woodley

Both men earned around £1.4million for their first bout back in August.

And they are expected to have both exceeded that figure this time around.

The official figures haven’t yet been announced.

But according to the Mirror, Woodley earned more than £1.5m.

This makes it the biggest purse of the 39-year-old’s career.

Paul, meanwhile, is said to have pocketed more than £3.7m.

Even prior to last night’s fight, the Problem Child had earned more than £20m from his fledgling boxing career.

And he believes it is ‘very possible’ that he can surpass Floyd Mayweather and earn over £1billion from the sport.

It might be worth sparing a thought for Tommy Fury, however.

The 22-year-old had been set to fight Paul in the lucrative slot, until he was forced to pull out with injury.

His bad luck cost him millions of pounds.

For context, TNT earned a comparatively measly £10,900 for his last fight – when he beat Anthony Taylor on the Fury-Woodley 1 undercard back in August.

Paul even rubbed it in on Friday, when he wore a ‘Tommy this could have been you’ T-shirt to the press conference.

Although he claimed last night that Fury would have been beaten even more brutally than Woodley was.

He said: “It doesn’t matter if they’re a professional boxer or a five-time UFC champion. I don’t care.

“I’m really built for this. And no matter what I’m gonna get the job done. And that’s what I showed tonight.

“And Tommy Fury is lucky he wasn’t in there tonight. Because Tyron’s way tougher, he has that experience.”
