Jake Paul Claims Tommy Fury is “Scared” and Rematch Won’t Happen

Influencer boxer accuses Fury of fear and prioritizing money over the fight

In a surprising revelation, influencer boxer Jake Paul has stated that a rematch with Tommy Fury is highly unlikely due to Fury's alleged fear. The two fighters previously clashed in Saudi Arabia earlier this year, with Fury emerging as the victor. However, both athletes have since claimed victory in the bout.

Since their initial match, Tommy Fury has ventured further into the influencer boxing game, defeating KSI in October. Meanwhile, Jake Paul triumphed over professional fighter Andre August in their recent bout.

During a recent X post, Paul disclosed that he had a phone call with Tommy and his father John about a month ago. According to Paul, it became apparent that their primary concern was money rather than actually arranging the rematch. Despite offering Fury the largest guarantee on a significant platform, the Fury camp has gone silent.

Paul further asserted that he detects fear, emphasizing that a true fighter would eagerly seize the opportunity to earn their biggest payday ever and prove their claim of knocking him out.

In the meantime, Tommy Fury appeared to challenge Jake's brother Logan in an interview with SportBible. This has sparked speculation that a fight between the two siblings could potentially take place.

Fury stated, "If Logan Paul wants some, he can get some. I don't even think about men like Logan Paul. I'm the type of guy to go down and fight Logan Paul after 20 pints of beer, he's not a fighter. Jake, on the other hand, prepares well and wants the fight. Logan is a wrestler, YouTuber, and actor. He doesn't want to fight me because he doesn't want a death wish."
