He had 11 tattoos completed in total

The tattoo artists took a look at some of the designs and got to work as Paul went under.

It is a method which uses “anaesthetics with qualified medical personnel that is specially prepared for this type of work environment”.

The pieces of artwork were inked onto his arms, legs and feet and Paul seemed happy with the finished look.

Ganga Tattoo shared a video of Paul’s experience, alongside the caption: “Jake Paul stopped by for his first No Pain session with the best team in the world.

Several of Paul’s fans stated their interest in having the procedure done themselves

“We definitely had a lot of fun completing 11 different pieces during this 8hr session!

“See you back soon my brother.”

In response to the clip, fans were left wondering how they can have the same treatment for their own tattoos.

And a third replied: “That work is crazy, definitely saving my skin for art like this.”

Paul is preparing to face former UFC star Nate Diaz in the boxing ring on August 5.

And he confirmed earlier this week that the bout – which is taking place in Dallas – will be a 10-round contest.

Former Disney star Paul, who lost to Tommy Fury last time out, has shown signs of fatigue in the latter rounds during his brief professional career.

But he doesn’t mind stacking the odds against himself in his must-win ring return.

The Problem Child said: “If the fight goes to the later rounds, it’s obviously a big advantage for Nate.

“I know that, he knows that (that’s why he made the request), the oddsmakers know that.

“But I don’t give a f**k. I’m all in.”

Punching Techniques

There are seven types of punches available: Left Hook and Right Hook, Cross, Cross, Straight, Underhand, Overhand, Cross, Straight, Cross, Straight, Cross, Straight, and Overhand. Each punch has its own technique. Some punches require more strength than others. For example, an uppercut requires great force. On the other hand, a straight punch requires less power but it is faster than other punches.

There are many combinations that can be used to punch. These are combinations of punches which work together to achieve a goal. An entire combination could have several parts. A left hook followed with a right-cross will cause injury to the opponent’s jaw.

Guard Techniques

To defend himself from being attacked, a boxer uses his entire body. He uses his arms, legs, elbows, knees, knees, and feet to do this.

Legs

A boxer must use his legs to defend against kicks. When he’s hit, he raises his right leg and runs away from the attacker. To avoid being kicked on his side, he will bend his knees if the attack is from the front. He will block the kick with his foot if the attack is coming from behind.

Elbows

Because they inflict pain, elbow strikes can be very effective. You can either deliver an elbow strike directly, or indirectly. Directly refers to hitting your opponent with the forearm, while indirect means you hit him using another part of your arms.

Hands

Boxers use their hands to block incoming blows. Boxers use their hands to stop incoming punches. They raise their fists up above their heads and move towards the attack. The attacker’s fist is then in their face.

Knees

Boxers should bend their knees when receiving blows to the abdomen, stomach, or chest. Defense purposes are often served by knee strikes.

Feet

A boxer should take control of an attack and respond with counter-attacks. He can then gain distance from his opponent. Also, boxers must maintain their balance while delivering counter-attacks.

Stances

A boxer must have a stance in order to be effective at boxing. His stance determines how he defends himself. It dictates how he places his body and faces his opponent. Boxers have many stances to choose from. Here are some of the most common ones:

  • Low stance
  • High stance
  • Southpaw stance
  • Western stance

Moving your body

A boxer must be able to move around his opponent in order to win a fight. This requires changing your position, speed, and rhythm.

Rotation

To increase his punching power, a boxer rotates when he throws a punch. You can rotate at different speeds depending upon the punch.

Combinations

The timing of each punch will determine the effectiveness and efficiency of a combination. A combination of strong and weak punches will produce a good result.

Sparring, a boxing practice session, is designed to improve your boxing skills. Sparring allows a boxer to improve his mental and physical skills. The goal of sparring is to learn to fight, and not to get hurt.
