KSI's appeal to have the result of his defeat to Tommy Fury overturned has been rejected.
The YouTuber-turned-boxer lost to the Love Island star in a unanimous decision in their grudge match in October.
KSI was unhappy with the outcome and appealed to the Professional Boxing Association (PBA).
No grounds to overturn the result
The PBA has stated that there are no grounds to overturn the result of the fight.
An independent review panel, consisting of two leading Kings Counsel and a lawyer, has determined that the result will stand.
The PBA said in a statement, "The PBA confirms that there are no grounds to overturn the KSI vs. Tommy Fury fight result from October 14, 2023."
KSI's team vows to fight the verdict
Despite the decision, KSI's team is not giving up. They have vowed to continue the appeal process.
Mams Taylor, KSI's manager, said, "We will now move to the second stage of the appeal as we continue to fight to have the decision overturned."
Fans react to the news
The news of the appeal being rejected has sparked reactions from influencer boxing fans.
Some fans agreed with the decision, stating that Tommy Fury won the fight comfortably.
Others expressed their frustration with KSI's insistence on appealing the result and suggested he should move on and fight Jake Paul instead.
KSI claims he was robbed
KSI, who suffered his first defeat in the influencer boxing scene, believes he was robbed of victory.
He expressed his frustration, saying, "I won it bro. I got robbed. It's outrageous… I was landing the cleanest shots."
Despite the appeal being rejected, KSI remains adamant that he should have won the fight.
