KSI’s manager drops major hint over YouTube star’s next opponent – revealing first letter of ‘very tough’ fighter’s name

THE manager of YouTuber-turned-boxer KSI has dropped a huge hint about who he will be fighting next.

Following his double victory over Swarmz and pro-boxer Luis Alcarez Pineda in August, KSI is lining up his next opponent.

KSI’S next opponent has been hinted at by his manager

KSI has forged out a successful career in boxing

And with rumours swirling for who that could be, the Brit’s manager dropped a major hint.

His manager, Mams Taylor, told Sidemen Updates: “KSI is fighting a very tough man in January.”

And then when questioned about who the first letter of his name is, he said: “Z.”

YouTube sensation KSI has forged out a successful career across the video platform as well as music and boxing.

He starred in the Sidemen Charity Match earlier in the year when he was subject to a flying tackle after just 16 SECONDS against fellow internet sensation IShowSpeed.

But more recently KSI has been levelling up his war of words with Jake Paul, the brother of PRIME business partner and former rival Logan Paul.

KSI and Paul are set to duke it out in the ring sometime in 2023, with Taylor also revealing a fight between the pair would be negotiated after KSI’s bout in January.

Paul himself has enjoyed a winning start to his own career in pro boxing.

However, he will face the toughest challenge of his career thus far when he faces off against MMA legend Anderson Silva on October 29 in Arizona, US.

KSI was involved in an awkward altercation with OnlyFans model Astrid Wett when she tried to kiss him ahead of her own fight against fellow social media star Kelly Colbran.

  • Defense
  • Combination
  • Rotation
  • Spares

Punching Techniques

There are seven types: Left Hook (right hook), Right Hook (uppercut), Cross (cross), Straight, Overhand, Underhand. Each punch is different. Some punches require more strength than others. For example, an uppercut is a powerful punch. On the contrary, a straight punch takes less power but is faster than most punches.

There are also various punching combinations. These are combinations of punches that work together to achieve a specific goal. A combination may contain several parts. A left hook followed with a right-cross will cause injury to the opponent’s jaw.

Guard Techniques

A boxer uses his body to protect himself against attacks. He does so by using his arms, elbows and hands as well as his knees, knees and legs.

Legs

Boxers should use their legs to defend against kicks. If he gets kicked, he raises one leg and turns away from his attacker. To avoid being kicked on the sides, he bends at his knees when the attacker strikes from the front. But if the attack comes in the back, he will stand straight and block the kick using his foot.

Elbows

Because elbow strikes inflict a lot of pain, they are very effective. An elbow strike may be delivered directly or in an indirect manner. Directly means that your opponent is hit with your forearm. However, indirectly means that your elbow strike is delivered with another part or your arm.

Hands

Boxers use both their hands and arms to prevent incoming blows. To do this, they raise their fists higher than their heads and move their arms in the direction that the attack is coming. They then make contact with their attacker’s fist.

Knees

To absorb the impact of a punch to the stomach, abdomen, or chest, boxers should bend their knees. Knee strikes are often used for defense purposes.

Feet

When attacked, a boxer should step back and deliver counter-attacks. This allows him to put distance between himself, his opponent, and the ring. In addition, when delivering a counter-attack, a boxer should keep his balance.

Stances

To box effectively, a boxer must establish a stance. His stance determines how he defends himself. It is how he positions himself and where he faces the opponent. Boxers have many options for stances. These are some of our most favorite:

  • Low stance
  • High stance
  • Southpaw stance
  • Western stance

Body Movement

A boxer must be able to move around his opponent in order to win a fight. This involves changing position, speed and rhythm.

Rotation

Boxers rotate their arms when they throw a punch. You can rotate at different speeds depending upon the punch.

Combinations

The timing of each punch will determine the effectiveness and efficiency of a combination. A combination of strong and weak punches will produce a good result.

Spares

Sparring is an exercise session to improve boxing skills. Sparring allows a boxer to improve his mental and physical skills. The goal of sparring is to learn to fight, and not to get hurt.

Learning to box takes dedication and patience. To become a better boxer, you must train hard and for a long time.
