TOMMY FURY wants shut Jake Paul up once and for all by settling their “unfinished business” in a sell-out UK stadium fight.

The celebrity boxing rivals were set to put bragging rights and unbeaten records on the line in a December grudge match.

Jake Paul was set to fight Tommy Fury in December

But Fury had to painfully pull out after doctors ruled him medically unfit to box following a broken rib injury.

The 2019 Love Island star returns next Saturday on the undercard of brother Tyson’s mega-fight with Dillian Whyte.

And after getting a taste of the big time in front of an expected 90,000-plus fans, it could set the stage for a headline night of his own.

Tommy, 22, told SunSport: “It would be a dream come true to have that fight over here in Britain.

“We could definitely sell out a stadium here, not a problem because it is a huge fight.

“If you look down the comments of people who talk about that fight, the No1 guy they want to see him face is me.

“And that’s because I’m his own age, his own weight, his size and I actually box, unlike anyone he’s fought before.

“I do believe that is the only fight out there for him to take.

“I know he’s probably going to take someone else in the meantime, but no one else brings that hype to him like I do.”

Paul accused Fury of swerving their pay-per-view clash by faking injury, only adding more fuel to the fire.

It leaves the younger brother of WBC heavyweight champion Tyson ready to silence his rival – even if he would not even celebrate a win.

Tommy said: “It’s unfinished business in my eyes because this should have been done back in December, he was talking that whole year.

“Granted, it was me that came up with a broken rib and was unable to fight in December but I’d like to get that fight back and shut this guy up once and for all.

“But, at the end of the day if it comes it comes, if it doesn’t it doesn’t, my aim in this sport is to be world champion and beating Jake Paul doesn’t give me that.

“It doesn’t give me anything, it’s not exactly a win that I’ll get and be bouncing around saying, ‘I beat Jake Paul’.

“It’s a win that I wouldn’t even mention because he’s not even a boxer, it’s not going to give me any clarity.

“It is what it is, I’m not really bothered, he can take it or leave it. If he wants to fight, I’m game whenever, there not a problem.”

Tommy faces Polish light-heavyweight Daniel Bocianski, 27, who is 10-1, the night Tyson, 33, defends his title against Whyte, 34.

Meanwhile Paul, 25, announced he will make a return of his own in August after knocking out ex-UFC champion Tyron Woodley, 40.

Tommy has warned box office numbers and tickets sales will dry up if the American does not up the quality of his opponents.

So he is willing to help Paul out by again offering himself up to fight.

Tommy said: “Like I’ve said before, if he wants to do a big pay-per-view fight and he wants that big night he knows where to come.

“Fighting retired UFC men is not cutting it for him anymore, nobody wants to see that. Everybody wants to see him fight a boxer.”
