BEN WHITTAKER won Olympic silver in Tokyo after losing a tense light-heavyweight final against Cuban Arlen Lopez.
Whittaker had lit up the delayed Games in Japan with his eye-catching back-foot boxing and slick style.
But he was unable to outbox Lopez, who added another gold to his collection having achieved the same feat in Rio five years ago at middleweight.
Whittaker was beaten unanimously, while captain Frazer Clarke was reduced to super-heavyweight bronze after losing to Bakhodir Jalolov.
