KSI has given Tommy Fury until Monday to sign their fight contract

But KSI came out and threw doubt over the fight by revealing a disagreement in weight.

He accused Fury of trying to change it from 180lb to 185lb and admitted the fight could be axed because of it.

And in response, Fury said on Instagram: “Just a few things to clear up; KSI’s only just agreed to do drug testing for this fight.

“Took his time with that one. And now he’s complaining about the weight. This fight’s at 185, take-it-or-leave it.

“I know you’re a midget and you’re worrying about the weight but get some more food down you and you’ll get there.

“If you just don’t want to fight, I know somebody who will fight in October, somebody who is ready to fight and will get to 185.

“Jake Paul, if you want to run it back, let’s do it, fine by me. I’ll knock you spark out this time. So let me know boys.”

Fury, 24, beat Paul, 24, by split-decision in Saudi Arabia but the American snubbed a rematch.

He instead returns on August 5 in Texas against ex-UFC star Nate Diaz, 38, but he is ready to face his rival just two months after.

Paul tweeted: “I’ve asked my team to send tommy fury the contract for rematch as early as October.

“Need to handle business on August 5 and then we run it. 185 pounds. 10 rounds. Simple.”

KSI, 30, has given Fury till Monday to sign the current contract, which states the bout must take place at 180lb.

He said: “Tommy, I think you need to realise who the f*** you’re talking to.

“I don’t need to do this. I don’t need to fight. I choose to fight. So I want you to listen you delusional piece of s***.

“You’re disrespecting me and that’s p*****g me off. Sign the contract as it is or else I’m fighting someone else.

“I’m tired of this back and forth with your stupid-ass team, and I damn well know that you’re not going to be getting that type of money anywhere else, not even Saudi Arabia.

“You have until Monday, July 3, 6pm. to sign the contract. If you don’t sign it, I’m moving on, that’s that.

“Remember, you need me, I definitely do not need you.”

How To

Here are the Essential Skills of Boxing

How to box effectively

Boxing is the most loved sport in the world. It consists of two opponents who try to knock out each other’s head. Boxing rules vary from one country or another. There are three main types of boxing: Amateur boxing, Professional boxing, and Olympic boxing.

Amateur boxing may be done at school, college, and university. This form of boxing involves sparring with no protection and using padded gloves. Amateur boxing matches usually consist of three rounds lasting five minutes each. Amateur boxing can be done in many styles, including Kickboxing and Muay Thai, Taekwondo or Karate, Judo, Wrestling, and Muay Thai.

Professional boxing is usually practiced in gyms, clubs or stadiums. They wear protective equipment such as mouthpiece, nose guard, shin guards, elbow pads, knee pads, waist belt and groin protector. Six rounds of professional boxing last four minutes each. There are many types of professional boxing. These include Boxing (MMA), Kickboxing (Mixed Martial Arts), Muay Thai and Taekwondo.

Olympic boxing takes place at the Olympics. International standards require that boxers use special protective gear. Each round lasts three minutes and is made up of eight rounds. There are only two styles of Olympic boxing; Light Flyweight and Heavyweight.

The basics of boxing are:

  • Punching techniques
  • Guarding techniques
  • Footwork
  • Stance
  • Body movement
  • Defense
  • Combination
  • Rotation
  • Spare parts

Punching Techniques

There are seven types. Each punch is unique. Some punches require more force than others. A strong uppercut for example requires a lot of force. A straight punch on the other side requires less power, but is more effective than other punches.

There are also many combinations. These are combinations that combine punches to accomplish a particular goal. A combination may have multiple parts. An example of this is a left hook, followed by a right crossing. This will damage the opponent’s jaw.

Guard Techniques

A boxer uses his body to protect himself against attacks. He does this by using his legs, arms, elbows, hands, knees and feet.

Legs

To defend against kicks, a boxer should use his legs. When he receives a kick, he raises his leg and moves away from the attacker. If the attacker is coming from the front, he will bend at the knees to avoid getting kicked on either side. He will block the kick with his foot if the attack is coming from behind.

Elbows

Elbow strikes are very powerful because they inflict great pain. An elbow strike can be delivered directly or indirectly. Directly means that your opponent is hit with your forearm. However, indirectly means that your elbow strike is delivered with another part or your arm.

Hands

Boxers use the power of their hands to block any incoming blows. Boxers raise their fists to block incoming blows and then move in the direction of the attacker’s attack. Then, they touch the attacker’s hand.

Knees

When receiving a blow to the stomach, abdomen or chest, a boxer should bend his knees to absorb the impact. A lot of boxers use knee strikes to defend themselves.

Feet

If he is being attacked, a boxer must take a step back and counter-attack. This way, he can gain distance between himself and his opponent. A boxer must also maintain his balance when responding to an opponent’s counter-attack.

Stances

In order to box effectively, a boxer needs to establish a stance. His stance will determine how he defends. It determines where he will face his opponent and how he will position his body. There are many positions that boxers can adopt. Here are some of the most common ones:

  • A low stance
  • High stance
  • Southpaw stance
  • Western stance

Body Movement

A boxer must be able to move around his opponent in order to win a fight. This requires changing your position, speed, and rhythm.

Rotation

When a boxer throws a punch, he rotates in order to increase the reach of his arm. Different types of punches require different speeds for the rotation.

Combinations

The effectiveness of a combination depends on the timing of each individual punch. A combination is good if it starts with a strong punch then ends with a weaker one.

Spares

Sparring is an exercise session to improve boxing skills. Sparring is a training session that helps a boxer train his mind and body. In conclusion, the purpose of sparring is to learn how to fight and not get hurt.

To sum it all, boxing requires patience and dedication. To become a better fighter, you have to train hard and continue to work.
