TOMMY FURY wants to legitimise himself as a true contender by putting in a gobsmacking display on Britain’s biggest ever boxing stage.
Tommy marks his return to the ring on Saturday, where up to 94,000 are expected to fill up Wembley in a potentially record-breaking night.
In the main-event, big brother Tyson, 33, fights Dillian Whyte, 34, in a UK homecoming four years in the making.
Younger brother Tommy is on earlier but will not rush his work in an attempt to hurry back ringside to watch the headline act.
Instead, he wants to stun fans with a career-best performance and leave any naysayers with egg on their face.
Tommy will return in a step up fight against Poland’s Daniel Bocianski, 27, who is 6ft 3in and holds a 10-1 record.
The 22-year-old told SunSport: “I’m looking to take my time and put on a masterclass performance.

“I’ve said this all training camp, I really want people to see that I am a legitimate contender and I want people to walk away from this fight and say, ‘Wow, who is this guy?’
“Because what I’m doing in the gym and what I do on fight night, it hasn’t resembled, whereas this time it will.
“Everything I’m doing in sparring now is all professional, it’s all seasoned work and I’m going to take that into the ring and I’m sure everyone will be gobsmacked with what they see.”
Tommy debuted as a professional in 2018 – after only ten amateur bouts – to much fanfare due to the popularity of his older brother.

But he shot to widespread fame a year later after starring on hit reality TV show Love Island alongside now-girlfriend Molly-Mae Hague.
The mainstream celebrity fame has caused his boxing career to suffer a lack of momentum, with just five fights since leaving ITV’s villa.
But life as a Fury prepared him to deal with any critics from a young age, meaning a packed out football stadium leaves Tommy unfazed.
He said: “I’m 22 years old still, there’s literally no rush at all.
“It’s all about learning my craft, learning how to fight and gaining experience because I didn’t have an extensive amateur background.
“There’s always been pressure on every move that I’ve ever made and that was from 14 or 15-years-old.
“I’ve learned to carry that pressure but right now, honestly I don’t feel any pressure because I’ve learnt to live with the pressure.

“It’s not a pressure situation for me and I feel like that’s a great thing to have. I can go in there and just focus on my boxing.
“I’m not the type of guy to go in there and get overawed by the big crowd and stuff because I’ve been on big shows before, I made my debut on a big show.
“I’ve always boxed on big shows, so I’m confident that’s not going to affect me and I can just go in there and focus on the skills and taking from what I’ve learned in the gym and bringing it out on fight night.”
