Tommy Fury has offered to fight Jake Paul and KSI on the same night

Since then, he has been called out by KSI, who returned to the ring in August beating rapper Swarmz and boxer Luis Alcaraz Pineda in one night.

And Fury has offered to give YouTube rivals Paul and KSI the same back-to-back treatment.

He told SecondsOut: “I’ve said all along I’d fight the both of them on the same night.

“Like KSI done with the two people the other day, the rapper and whatever that was, I will do the same with Jake Paul and him on the same night.

“When they finally get in the ring with me, I cannot wait to show everybody that what I was saying all along is true, it isn’t a fight for me.

“If you’re going to ask me to fight a YouTuber, KSI, who plays Fifa on the internet for a living and Jake Paul who does whatever he does, sign me up, not a problem.

“He’s very lucky that them fights haven’t come off yet. I don’t know what the other one KSI is mentioning my name for because he’s even worse than Jake Paul, so I don’t really know what’s going on.

“Two fools that need shutting up, so let me tend to my actual business first against actual fighting men and then I will happily get them out of boxing.”

How To

Here are the Essential Skills of Boxing

How to effectively box

Boxing has become a very popular sport. Two opponents fight each other to the death. Different countries have different rules. There are three main types of boxing: Amateur boxing, Professional boxing, and Olympic boxing.

Amateur boxing may be done at school, college, and university. This type of boxing allows sparring without protection. Amateur boxing competitions typically last for three rounds, each lasting five minutes. Amateur boxing can be done in many styles, including Kickboxing and Muay Thai, Taekwondo or Karate, Judo, Wrestling, and Muay Thai.

Professional boxing is usually practiced in gyms, clubs or stadiums. They have protective equipment such as mouthpieces. Six rounds of professional boxing last four minutes each. There are many styles of professional boxing: Boxing, MMA (Mixed Martial Arts), Kickboxing and Muay Thai.

Olympic boxing can be seen at the Olympics. Boxers wear special protective gear, which must conform to international standards. The competition lasts approximately three minutes for each round. Olympic boxing is limited to two styles: Light Flyweight and Heavyweight.

These are the basic skills required to box.

  • Punching techniques
  • Guarding techniques
  • Footwork
  • Stance
  • Move your body
  • Defense
  • Combination
  • Rotation
  • Spare parts

Punching Techniques

There are seven types. Each punch comes with its own technique. Some punches need more power than others. For example, an uppercut requires great force. On the contrary, a straight punch takes less power but is faster than most punches.

There are also many combinations. These are combinations made up of several punches that can be used together to achieve one goal. A combination may contain several parts. For example, a left hook followed by a right cross will cause damage to the opponent’s jaw.

Guard Techniques

A boxer protects himself by using his body. He does so by using his arms, elbows and hands as well as his knees, knees and legs.

Legs

A boxer must use his legs to defend against kicks. He raises his leg when he is hit with a kick and then moves away from the opponent. To avoid being kicked on the sides, he bends at his knees when the attacker strikes from the front. But if the attack comes in the back, he will stand straight and block the kick using his foot.

Elbows

Because elbow strikes inflict a lot of pain, they are very effective. You can either deliver an elbow strike directly, or indirectly. Directly refers to hitting your opponent with the forearm, while indirect means you hit him using another part of your arms.

Hands

Boxers use both their hands and arms to prevent incoming blows. To do so, they raise their fists above their head and move them towards the direction of the attack. Then, they touch the attacker’s hand.

Knees

To absorb the impact of a punch to the stomach, abdomen, or chest, boxers should bend their knees. A lot of boxers use knee strikes to defend themselves.

Feet

If he is being attacked, a boxer must take a step back and counter-attack. This allows him to put distance between himself, his opponent, and the ring. A boxer must also maintain his balance when responding to an opponent’s counter-attack.

Stances

To box effectively, a boxer must establish a stance. How he defends his self will depend on how he stances. It determines his position and the direction he will face. There are many stances available to boxers. These are some of our most favorite:

  • Low stance
  • High stance
  • Southpaw stance
  • Western stance

Move your body

Boxers must maneuver around their opponent to win fights. This requires changing your position, speed, and rhythm.

Rotation

To increase his punching power, a boxer rotates when he throws a punch. Depending on the type and size of punch, the speed at which the rotation takes place varies.

Combinations

The timing of each individual punch affects the effectiveness or failure of a combination. A good combination starts with a strong punch and ends with a weak one.

Sparring

Sparring is a form of boxing that aims to improve your skills. Sparring allows a boxer to improve his mental and physical skills. The goal of sparring is to learn to fight, and not to get hurt.

It is important to be patient and dedicated when learning how to box. To become a better boxer, you must train hard and for a long time.
