TYSON FURY is keeping fans updated with his progress on social media as he gears up for his return to the ring this spring.

Fury’s last outing was his epic trilogy win against Deontay Wilder in October.

Fury told fans he was ‘feeling fantastic’ in training
The Gypsy King is staying in top shape ahead of his ring return by following a healthy diet

The Gypsy King’s promoter, Frank Warren, confirmed the heavyweight is set to fight on March 26.

He’s been ordered to fight Dillian Whyte by the WBC, but a deal is yet to be agreed.

And despite not having an opponent in the diary, Fury is already getting preparations underway for his March bout.

Taking to Instagram stories yesterday, Fury revealed he was ‘ecstatic’ to be back and training hard.

He told his fans: “Good morning world! Happy Monday, absolutely ecstatic to be back on a Monday, back to the grindstone, back grafting.

“I’ve done a lovely little run this morning, had a shave, had a shower [and] feeling a million bucks!”

Fury ensured he’s keeping in tip-top shape ahead of his return to action by showing off an enormous bowl of fruit and oats to give him the required energy for training.

He also went on to post a video of his gym gear all laid out and ready to go in preparation for a tough training session.

And he kept himself hydrated with two huge protein shakes, saying: “Here’s my shakes for the gym, [for] during, post workouts man.”

Fury was seen training over the Christmas period in Morecambe with fellow heavyweight Joseph Parker, but now seems to be back in fight camp mode.

There’s just over two months to go until Fury returns to the ring, although where the fight will be remains to be seen.

The Gypsy King is eager to fight at Old Trafford next to secure his ‘hero’s homecoming’.

He said: “It’s always been my dream to fight at Old Trafford.”

There has also been talk of Fury fighting Whyte in Cardiff for an all British showdown.

But the Bodysnatcher is claimed to be livid with a prospective 80-20 per cent purse split in favour of Fury, which could see plans for the fight scuppered.

If that fight fails to go ahead, against the orders of the WBC, Fury could fight Andy Ruiz Jr in the USA.
