He told the Out Of Interest podcast: “I’ve been trying to fight Joshua since 2017 but he’s a little bitch, a p***y, so I don’t think you’ll see it.

“To fight a man like me you’ve got to have big b******s, and it you don’t have that, forget about it. Because you can’t even enter my world.

“I will annihilate that motherf****r. Physically, mentally and emotionally. So he ain’t man enough to fight somebody like me.”

Joshua rematches Whyte, 35, at the O2 Arena knowing a loss will KO his blockbuster with Wilder, 37, in Saudi Arabia.

Meanwhile Fury, 34, is linked with a crossover bout against ex-UFC champion Francis Ngannou, 36.

It is rumoured to be next for the Gypsy King and the man himself confirmed offers have been sent his way.

Fury said: “I think there’s been a lot of talk of me and Ngannou fighting each other.

“He wants to come to boxing and he wants to fight me, he was even at one of my last fights and got up on the ring and confronted me.

“There’s potential. We’ve had a lot of offers from the Middle East at the moment to host that fight over the summer.”

  • Punching techniques
  • Guarding techniques
  • Footwork
  • Stance
  • The body moves
  • Defense
  • Combination
  • Rotation
  • Spare parts

Punching Techniques

There are seven types of punches available: Left Hook and Right Hook, Cross, Cross, Straight, Underhand, Overhand, Cross, Straight, Cross, Straight, Cross, Straight, and Overhand. Each punch has its own technique. Some punches require greater strength than others. For example, an uppercut requires great force. A straight punch, on the other hand requires less power and is quicker than other punches.

There are also many combinations. These are combinations made up of several punches that can be used together to achieve one goal. A combination may contain several parts. An example of this is a left hook, followed by a right crossing. This will damage the opponent’s jaw.

Guard Techniques

Boxers use their bodies to defend themselves against attack. He uses his arms, legs, elbows, knees, knees, and feet to do this.

Legs

To defend against kicks, a boxer should use his legs. After receiving a kick, he will raise his leg and move away from the attacker. If the attacker is coming from the front, he will bend at the knees to avoid getting kicked on either side. If the attack is from the side, he will bend his knees to avoid being kicked on the side.

Elbows

Because they cause great pain, elbow strikes are extremely effective. An elbow strike may be delivered directly or in an indirect manner. Directly, you strike your opponent with your forearm. Indirectly, you hit him with another portion of your arm.

Hands

Boxers use both their hands and arms to prevent incoming blows. They raise their fists high above their heads and point them in the direction of an attack. The attacker’s fist is then in their face.

Knees

When receiving a blow to the stomach, abdomen or chest, a boxer should bend his knees to absorb the impact. For defense purposes, knee strikes are common.

Feet

Boxers should respond to being attacked by their opponent by standing back and delivering counter-attacks. This will allow him to gain distance from his opponent. A boxer must also maintain his balance when responding to an opponent’s counter-attack.

Stances

Boxing is only possible if a boxer has a clear stance. The way he defends him will be dictated by his stance. It determines where he will face his opponent and how he will position his body. Boxers can take many different stances. Here are some of the more popular ones:

  • Low stance
  • High stance
  • Southpaw stance
  • Western stance

Body Movement

A boxer must be able to move around his opponent in order to win a fight. This involves changing position, speed and rhythm.

Rotation

When a boxer throws a punch, he rotates in order to increase the reach of his arm. Different types of punches require different speeds for the rotation.

Combinations

The timing of each punch determines the effectiveness of a combination. A combination of strong and weak punches will produce a good result.

Spare parts

Sparring, a boxing practice session, is designed to improve your boxing skills. A sparring session is where a boxer trains both his mind and his body. The purpose of sparring is, in short, to learn how fight and not get hurt.
