The Overwhelming Filming Experience
Boxing champion Tyson Fury recently admitted that he was so overwhelmed with the filming of his Netflix series that he considered paying for it to come to an end. The nine-part fly-on-the-wall series, featuring Fury and his wife Paris, gave fans an inside look into their lives. However, the heavyweight fighter found the experience to be too much.
Desperate Measures: Trying to Pay His Way Out
In an interview with Queensbury Promotions, Fury revealed, "I wanted to get rid of the filming. I couldn't take it anymore, it was overwhelming. I tried to pay my way out of it, but I couldn't, so we got through it."
Unexpected Success
Despite his initial struggle, Fury acknowledged that not going through with his plan was the right decision. The series, which provided a glimpse into the lives of the Furys, quickly became a number one hit in the UK. The first episode alone drew 2.6 million viewers, solidifying its success.
Future Plans: Hollywood Dreams
While Fury has achieved success in the boxing ring, he now has his sights set on Hollywood. The heavyweight champion aspires to become the highest-paid athlete of all time and wants to star in a Hollywood movie. With his determination, it's clear that Fury has big plans for his future career outside of boxing.
