Meanwhile, Tyson’s brother Tommy is preparing to delve into the world of YouTube boxing to take on Jake Paul in Saudi Arabia on February 26.

Tyson has promised to leave Tommy in the Middle East if he loses to Paul.

And he has now belittled the level of the fight by insisting he could beat every YouTube fighter in the same evening.

Speaking to The Star, he said: “Yes, I’d fight them all at once. I don’t know how many YouTube boxers there are.

“But, let’s say there are 50 of them. What we will do is get all 50 of them in a row and then put them all in for a round each.

“Then I’ll take them all out in one night. Why not?

“Each one of them will get to do one five-minute round and see if they can last.

“That’s how you deal with the YouTubers. All in one night!”

The likes of Jake, brother Logan Paul, and KSI have raised the profile of YouTube boxing and brought it into the mainstream.

Now it is branching out to Saudi as Love Island star Tommy looks set to finally face the younger Paul.

Tommy has pulled out of the bout twice in the past, but insists that will not be the case this time around despite him failing to show up for their recent press conference.

When asked about failing to attend the presser, he told MMA Fighting: “I’m not interested in press conferences.

“I’m interested in completing my camp – which has been the best camp of my career – and I’m ready to KO this man and get him out of the sport.”

  • Punching techniques
  • Techniques for protecting yourself
  • Footwork
  • Stance
  • Move your body
  • Defense
  • Combination
  • Rotation
  • Spare parts

Punching Techniques

There are seven types of punches available: Left Hook and Right Hook, Cross, Cross, Straight, Underhand, Overhand, Cross, Straight, Cross, Straight, Cross, Straight, and Overhand. Each punch comes with its own technique. Some punches require more strength than others. An example of this is an uppercut, which requires tremendous force. A straight punch, on the other hand requires less power and is quicker than other punches.

There are also different combinations. These are combinations of punches which work together to achieve a goal. A combination may contain several parts. For example, a left hook followed by a right cross will cause damage to the opponent’s jaw.

Guard Techniques

A boxer uses his body to protect himself against attacks. He does this by using his legs, arms, elbows, hands, knees and feet.

Legs

Boxers must use their legs to defend themselves against kicks. He raises his leg when he is hit with a kick and then moves away from the opponent. If the attack comes from the front, then he bends his knees to avoid being kicked on the side. If the attack comes from behind, however, he can stand straight up and block the kick by his foot.

Elbows

Because they cause great pain, elbow strikes are extremely effective. You can deliver an elbow strike directly or indirectly. Directly refers to hitting your opponent with the forearm, while indirect means you hit him using another part of your arms.

Hands

Boxers use their hands to block incoming blows. To do so, they raise their fists above their head and move them towards the direction of the attack. The attacker’s fist is then in their face.

Knees

To absorb the impact of a punch to the stomach, abdomen, or chest, boxers should bend their knees. Knee strikes can be used to defend yourself.

Feet

A boxer should take control of an attack and respond with counter-attacks. This allows him to put distance between himself, his opponent, and the ring. Boxers should also keep their balance when counter-attacking.

Stances

Boxing is only possible if a boxer has a clear stance. His stance will determine how he defends. It defines where he faces his opponent and how he positions his body. Boxers have many stances to choose from. Here are some of the most common ones:

  • Low stance
  • High stance
  • Southpaw stance
  • Western stance

Body Movement

In order to win a fight, a boxer must move around his opponent. This requires changing your position, speed, and rhythm.

Rotation

When a boxer throws a punch, he rotates in order to increase the reach of his arm. Different types of punches require different speeds for the rotation.

Combinations

The timing of each individual punch affects the effectiveness or failure of a combination. A good combination starts with a strong punch and ends with a weak one.

Sparring

Sparring is an exercise session to improve boxing skills. Sparring allows a boxer to improve his mental and physical skills. The goal of sparring is to learn to fight, and not to get hurt.

Learning to box takes dedication and patience. To become a better fighter, you have to train hard and continue to work.
