BOB ARUM has raised hopes that Tyson Fury will fight either Anthony Joshua or Oleksandr Usyk by insisting that the star will “definitely not retire” from boxing.

The WBC heavyweight champion put on a masterclass to beat Dillian Whyte at Wembley on Saturday – and banked a whopping £26.2million for doing so.

The Gypsy King is adamant he will not fight again in the boxing ring

His brutal uppercut at the end of the sixth round finished off the Body Snatcher.

After a breakfast fit for a Gypsy King yesterday morning alongside his allegedly pregnant wife Paris and his loved ones, the 33-year-old and his entourage continued to celebrate his victory at Sheesh Restaurant in Chigwell, Essex.

Before bursting open the bubbly at the TOWIE hotspot, Fury reiterated several times after his triumph that he would now be hanging up his gloves.

However Top Rank’s Arum, who co-promoted him Stateside, told USA Today: “No, he definitely won’t retire. Of course not. Are you crazy?”

Fury remains unbeaten with a stunning record of 32-0-1 but vowed in a promise to Paris to quit.

Fury said: “I promised my wife Paris and I meant it.

“I had the trilogy with Deontay Wilder and she wanted me to retire then. But then I was offered this and I owed it to the fans and everyone at home in the UK.

“I have to be a man of my word so this might be the last fight. Thank you United Kingdom.”

As he was talking, however, Paris appeared to say “no chance” – potentially letting slip that she doesn’t believe it’s really the end.

However, even though she may have been saying that there is “no chance” that he fights again, she also admitted she could envisage him coming back to face the winner of AJ and Usyk’s summer rematch to unify the heavyweight division.

She added: “He has nothing to prove so unless he really wants to box on and if he’s just doing it for money [or] fame, he doesn’t need that.

“He’s the most famous man on the planet tonight, he does not need to be any more famous.

“I mean I’m happy with what we are and what we’ve got and for Tyson to keep boxing it just seems ‘For what reason?’

“I know in my heart I think the only reason Tyson would come back is for a unification fight.

“And I think that would be the only reason Tyson would come back in the ring because he has nothing left to prove – to keep boxing on, there’s nothing there for him.”
