PRANKSTER Anthony Joshua proved he is clearly in good spirits as he terrified his training pal.
The Watford star wants to claim back the heavyweight world titles he lost to Oleksandr Usyk.
But the 32-year-old makes sure to have plenty of fun with his team in the camp.
Joshua posted the hilarious clip scaring his mate BH – real name Ben Hines – on his Instagram story.
With another team member filming, AJ hid behind a drape curtain in the gym.
Then when Hines came through unsuspecting, Joshua jumped out and screamed loudly, causing his poor pal to flinch hard.
The pair – both dressed in grey t-shirts, black shorts and white socks – cracked up in laughter before BH pretended to jab the former world champ and Olympic gold medallist with a stick.
Joshua captioned the cheeky video: “Good start to the morning. AJ 1-0 BH.”
In another post on his story, Joshua shared a selfie with Hines and ex-cruiserweight boxer Wadi Camacho seemingly driving to training together.
Contracts for the Usyk rematch have still not been signed as negotiations continue.
However, it is expected to take place in the coming months – with the fight set to be staged outside of the UK.
Saudi Arabia appears the most likely destination.
And Joshua is putting in the hard graft to ensure he is at his peak and ready to wrestle back his belts.
