KSI got a bottle of Prime to the face

It came after Prime launched in Denmark

And KSI sent the crowd wild when he screamed: “Drink Prime.”

But some fans went a little too crazy and they began to spray the beverage everywhere and chuck bottles at the celebrity duo.

Security did their best to fend them off but one was so perfectly aimed it bounced right off KSI’s bonce.

The YouTube star gave credit where credit is due as he tweeted: “That Prime bottle to my head was pinpoint.”

KSI, 30, and Paul, 28, took a tour of Europe stopping off at Munich, Barcelona, Copenhagen and finally Oslo.

During the trip, they announced a partnership with LaLiga champions Barca, having already sponsored Arsenal and the UFC.

The hydration drink was released to much fanfare in 2022 causing a craze, especially in the UK.

Due to the limited UK stock upon its early release, fans were quite literally fighting in shops to get their hands on bottles.

But now almost all major supermarkets in the UK sell Prime, including Tesco.

KSI’s history with Paul goes back to their 2018 boxing match, which ended in a draw.

It resulted in a rematch which KSI won a year later when they controversially turned professional in America.

He is now six bouts in as a boxer and is in talks to next fight Tommy Fury, 24, who beat Paul’s brother Jake, 24, in February.

Meanwhile, Paul has extended his WWE contract and has a spot in this year’s Money in The Bank pay-per-view, on July 1.

How to box effectively

Amateur boxing may be done at school, college, and university. This boxing style includes sparring sessions without protection, using padded gloves. Usually amateur boxing competitions consist of three rounds of five minutes each. There are many styles of amateur boxing such as Kickboxing or Muay Thai, Taekwondo and Karate, Judo and Wrestling, among others.

Olympic boxing is performed at the Olympics. International standards dictate that boxers must wear protective gear. The competition lasts for eight rounds, each lasting three minutes. There are only two styles of Olympic boxing; Light Flyweight and Heavyweight.

The basics of boxing are:

  • Punching techniques
  • Guarding techniques
  • Footwork
  • Stance
  • Body movement
  • Defense
  • Combination
  • Rotation
  • Spare parts

Punching Techniques

There are seven types: Left Hook (right hook), Right Hook (uppercut), Cross (cross), Straight, Overhand, Underhand. Each punch has its own technique. Some punches require greater strength than others. An uppercut, for instance, requires tremendous strength. A straight punch, on the other hand requires less power and is quicker than other punches.

There are also different combinations. These are combinations of punches which work together to achieve a goal. One combination can have many parts. A combination may include multiple parts. For example, damage to the jaw of an opponent can be caused by a left hook and a right cross.

Guard Techniques

A boxer protects himself by using his body. He does this by using his legs.

Legs

Boxers must use their legs to defend themselves against kicks. When he receives a kick, he raises his leg and moves away from the attacker. If the attacker is coming from the front, he will bend at the knees to avoid getting kicked on either side. But if the attack comes in the back, he will stand straight and block the kick using his foot.

Elbows

Because they inflict pain, elbow strikes can be very effective. You can deliver an elbow strike directly or indirectly. Directly, you strike your opponent with your forearm. Indirectly, you hit him with another portion of your arm.

Hands

Boxers use their arms to stop incoming blows. They raise their fists high above their heads and point them in the direction of an attack. They then make contact with their attacker’s fist.

Knees

Boxers who are subject to a punch to their stomachs, abdomens, or chests should bend at the knees to absorb the impact. For defense purposes, knee strikes are common.

Feet

When attacked, a boxer should step back and deliver counter-attacks. This will help him gain distance from his opponent. A boxer must also maintain his balance when responding to an opponent’s counter-attack.

Stances

A boxer must have a stance in order to be effective at boxing. How he defends his self will depend on how he stances. It determines where he will face his opponent and how he will position his body. Boxers can take many different stances. Here are some of the more popular ones:

  • Low stance
  • High stance
  • Southpaw stance
  • Western stance

Moving your body

A boxer must be able to move around his opponent in order to win a fight. This involves changing position, speed and rhythm.

Rotation

Boxers rotate their arms when they throw a punch. Different types of punches require different speeds for the rotation.

Combinations

The timing of each punch will determine the effectiveness and efficiency of a combination. A combination of strong and weak punches will produce a good result.

Spare parts

Sparring, a boxing practice session, is designed to improve your boxing skills. During sparring sessions, a boxer trains his mind as well as his body. The goal of sparring is to learn to fight, and not to get hurt.

Learning to box takes dedication and patience. Boxing is a sport that requires dedication and perseverance.
