TYSON FURY showed off his blistering hand speed during training leaving fans in awe.
The Brit is back in the boxing gym a month after beating rival Deontay Wilder in their trilogy fight.
And it appears Fury is still in tip-top shape as he ducked, dodged and punched some striking sticks held by trainer Jorge Capetillo.
The 33-year-old captioned the training video: “practice makes perfect.”
Fans have been left in awe by Fury, who is ‘too fast’ for a man of his size.
One responded: “Too fast for that size.”
Another said: “mans looks like the bruce lee of his weight class.”
One eagle-eyed fan noticed Capetillo having to stand on the ring steps just to get level with Fury.

They said: “trainer standing on the ring stairs .”
Another likened Fury’s lightning-quick punches to a ‘machine-gun’.
Whilst Fury has some free time on his hands, he’s training his younger brother Tommy for his fight against YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul.
The celebrity grudge match is scheduled for December 18 in Florida.
And Fury insists his brother must ‘fly to a foreign country and stay there’ if he can’t beat Paul, who has only been in boxing a couple of years.
In the pre-fight press conference, held in Tampa, on Zoom, the Gyspy King said: “I think this is really good fight for everybody who is going to be watching around the world.
“There’s going to be a lot of people watching. A lot of people are interested in this fight.
“You’ve got two young, undefeated guys. I’m really looking forward to it. It’s going to be an excellent night. I think Tommy will knock him out.
“No disrespect to Jake Paul, but like I said to Tommy, if he can’t knock Jake Paul out, fly to a foreign country and stay there because he ain’t coming home.”
